Focused on ensuring customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time Cyber Operations Mission Director will manage relationships with mission heroes, drive product adoption, and facilitate account expansion while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their mission outcomes Ensure a positive onboarding experience and expedite time-to-value for new customers while promoting product adoption Identify expansion opportunities within current hero accounts and maximize contract value through collaboration with the Cyber Account Executive Required Qualifications Proven experience in customer relationship management within the technology or cybersecurity sectors Strong understanding of software products and solutions relevant to federal operations Experience in account management and driving customer success initiatives Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention Familiarity with cloud environments and cybersecurity practices
