  • Collaborate closely with software developers and engineers to translate operator feedback and mission needs into technical requirements, improvements, and potential workarounds.
  • Apply offensive and defensive cyber operations expertise to evaluate how existing and emerging capabilities can be integrated into customer missions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including during demonstrations, exercises, testing, and other customer‑facing activities.
  • Capture feedback from demonstrations and technical syncs with external stakeholders to better inform, improve, and reprioritize internal development and integration efforts.
  • Document SOPs, technical procedures, and operational workflows and identify opportunities to iteratively improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing, delivering, and leading technical demonstrations.
  • Ability to understand complex software systems and work directly with engineers to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve ambiguous technical problems, and adapt quickly as mission requirements change.
