Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk, Compliance will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while primarily working onsite with some flexibility. Key responsibilities Directing and developing the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to enhance performance and effectiveness Managing the enterprise cybersecurity risk program to identify and communicate risks for informed decision-making Transforming compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven capability through automation and AI Required qualifications Three or more years of formal people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or related fields Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise environment Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOX ITGC, or CIS Controls Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
