Responsibilities
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial settings
- Lead teams in managing client accounts and engagements
- Mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills
- Develop strategic plans to enhance cybersecurity measures
- Analyze and assess risks to critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and safety
- Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices
- Foster a culture of innovation and resilience within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering (preferred)
- SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC IC
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ (preferred)
- ISA/IEC 62443 certification (preferred)
- Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, CWSP / CWNA (preferred)
- Leading OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and design (preferred)
- Managing vendor relationships and product evaluations (preferred)
- Conducting OT security maturity assessments (preferred)
- Staying current on emerging OT/ICS threats and technologies (preferred)
