Cyber Case Manager AVP - Security Operations

iCapital seeks a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely action and audit-ready documentation.

You will coordinate cross-functional case management, enforce SLAs, and produce leadership metrics such as MTTR and backlog. The position supports hybrid work with in-office days in Salt Lake City.
