Cyber Case Manager AVP | Remote-Eligible Incident Lead

iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases, from intake through resolution, coordinating across SOC analysts, incident response, and legal/compliance to ensure cases are tracked and closed efficiently.

You will maintain an accurate, prioritized real-time view of all open incidents, enforce SLAs, and drive cases to closure.
