Supporting a vital cybersecurity program, the fully remote Cyber Awareness Training Coordinator will manage training initiatives, coordinate compliance tracking, and enhance employee engagement through awareness campaigns and educational content development. Key responsibilities Support execution of cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives while maintaining plans and schedules Coordinate the rollout and administration of training programs, including monitoring employee training completion and compliance metrics Assist with phishing and social engineering exercises, including planning, execution, and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with LMS platforms and data reporting is highly preferred Ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to non-technical users Foundational cybersecurity knowledge is desired
