Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Support the surgical team during CVOR procedures including vascular, cardiac, spine, orthopedics, and robotics
- Assist with various case types such as aortic repairs, valve replacements, EVAR, carotid interventions, and thoracic surgeries
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Prepare and handle surgical equipment, supplies, and specimens
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and technicians to ensure seamless case flow
- Float as needed within scope to support other units or facilities
What You Need
Required:
- Valid BLS and NBSTSA certification
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR or related OR experience
- Ability to perform a variety of cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic procedures
- Strong knowledge of aseptic and safety protocols
Preferred:
- Experience with robotic surgeries and hybrid OR environments
- Flexibility to float within scope and support multiple facilities

The facility features 317 beds, a Level 3 trauma designation, and a dedicated surgical team committed to excellence.
