What You'll Do

• Provide scrub assistance for cardiovascular and vascular surgeries, including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacements, and more
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
• Prepare and operate equipment, document procedures accurately
• Assist with instrumentation, patient positioning, and troubleshooting surgical tools
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Support perioperative needs in a Level I Trauma environment
• Work flexibly across the OR schedule, including weekends and nights

What You Need

• Current certification as a Surgical Tech (CST)
• Minimum 5 years total CST experience
• At least 2 years in cardiac & vascular surgery
• 1 year CVOR experience
• Experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• BLS certification

• Experience with thoracic and general OR procedures
• Knowledge of EPIC charting system
• Strong aseptic technique and instrument reprocessing skills
