To support the operational governance and administration of Cvent, the full-time temporary Cvent Account Administrator will manage platform configuration, user access, reporting, and compliance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administration and operational health of the Cvent platform, ensuring compliance with governance standards Configure and maintain account settings, workflows, and reporting templates while troubleshooting complex platform issues Develop and deliver training for users on Cvent best practices and maintain documentation for operational continuity Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Cvent Account Administrator Certification and Cvent System Administrator Certification Significant hands-on experience administering Cvent in a complex or highly regulated environment (2+ years) Advanced knowledge of Cvent account architecture and configuration Experience with reporting logic, data validation, and operational governance practices
