HCA Healthcare is seeking a CV ICU RN to deliver high-acuity cardiovascular critical care in our intensive care unit. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for post-operative cardiac surgery and critically ill cardiovascular patients. You will manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, invasive lines, and advanced monitoring, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll provide patient and family education, support rapid responses and codes, ensure accurate documentation, uphold safety and infection control standards, and mentor newer staff while advancing your clinical skills.
