Licensing is not required for this opportunity; however, we would like someone with about 2 years of experience with customs entries.This is a full time opportunity with benefits and room for continued growth.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PMKey Responsibilities:Responsible for day-to-day operations relating to the handling and customs clearance of international shipmentsClassification of shipments and preparation of entryKnowledge of FDA filing and other PGA's and familiar with CBP regulationsWork closely and in conjunction with the Brokerage/ Branch / Compliance Manager to ensure efficiency in all processes within the company and departmentCommunicate with US Customs officials and other government agencies as deemed necessarySchedule pickups and deliveries on the brokerage only filesRespond to internal and external (customer) requestsEnter shipment and billing data into operational systemsAssist with payment requests and customer billing as neededDemonstrated stress tolerance and flexibility to changing prioritiesPrepare and post PSCDesired Qualifications:2-4 years Customs Brokerage import experience with an extensive and broad range of commoditiesFamiliarity with ADD/ CVD, FDA, EPA, F & W, CBMA, FAA, TTBIntermediate MS Office Skills
