Customs Clearance Specialist (Fully Remote)

• You will prepare and review customs documentation and process B3/CAD entries for high-volume ecommerce clearance.
• You will communicate with clients, carriers, and CBSA to resolve complex clearance issues and ensure compliance.
• You will support automated brokerage workflows and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bring 1–3 years of customs brokerage experience and a CCS or LCB designation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of B3/CAD entries, HS tariff classification, duties, and Canadian customs compliance.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
