Customs Broker Supervisor Position

DK Express Inc. is a customs brokerage company located in Gardena, CA. We are seeking an individual with at least 5 years of experience in the customs brokerage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and validating import documentation.
• Preparation of documents by classifying in accordance with CBP and other government regulations.
• Data input in the ACE system to transmit information to US CBP for requesting the release of import cargo.
• Understand CBP and other government agencies regulation and data input.
• Arranging inland delivery of the cargo to the final delivery destination.

Required Qualifications:

• Fully fluent in English (Bilingual in Korean preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Excel & Word).

• Excellent communication skills with strong customer service.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable with networking and expanding customer base.
• Great problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
• Has Bachelor’s degree.
