To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customs Analyst will ensure the timely processing and release of client shipments while adhering to operational procedures and service standards. Key responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments across all transportation modes Create customs entries by reviewing documentation and selecting appropriate client records and keywords Verify compliance with customs requirements and adhere to established policies and procedures Required qualifications High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is required No prior experience is necessary Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to manage large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
