Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 remote

A leading legal client of ours is hiring a proactive, detail-oriented eBundle Dispute Support professional to join a growing Solutions Operations team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with strong client service skills, confidence using technology, and an interest in building a long-term career within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Support UK client queries during US working hours, including calls and email.
• Liaise professionally with legal contacts, including lawyers, barristers and judges.
• Assist with transcript production and related technical/legal operations work.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation and customer service.
• Work collaboratively in a close-knit Pittsburgh office team.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a professional client-facing, customer service or support role.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Junior client services representatives, support specialists and early-career account managers are all relevant backgrounds.
• Legal tech exposure is useful but not essential.
• Recent graduates, including those with computer science or related degrees, are encouraged to apply
