EV Freedom is hiring Customer Support Representatives! You'll be the voice of the friendliest EV charging network in America helping members by chat, email, and phone with billing, charging sessions, and account questions. This is a remote position (Los Angeles area preferred).
Duties:
- Respond to member inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot charging session and billing issues
- Escalate technical problems
- Document interactions and follow up until resolved
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Calm, patient, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with computers
- Quiet remote workspace and reliable internet (for remote)
- 18+ and pass a background check
- Prior customer service experience preferred
