What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions

Requirements

This is an independent contractor opportunity — not a W-2 employee position.

• Certification and registration requirements must be completed before servicing
• Contractors are responsible for managing their own schedules and maintaining performance metrics

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment

• Dedicated, distraction‑free home workspace

• Windows 11 PC (Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended for optimal performance)
• USB headset (required before start date)

Contract pay typically ranges from $12–$15 per hour, depending on the client program.
