• Maintain client-required performance metrics

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Technical Requirements

• Dedicated, quiet home workspace
• Wired high-speed internet connection
• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
• USB headset (required before servicing)
