Customer Support AdministratorA leading real estate company is hiring a Customer Support Administrator. This is a remote role 5 days a week. This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits & a possibility of extension!In this role, you will support contact center operations by processing leads, managing customer emails, updating CRM records, and handling follow-ups.

You'll also help the team stay organized, accurate, and on track with daily tasks and customer service.Responsibilities:Accurately process lead submissions in accordance with established client program guidelinesManually create and/or update records in customer CRM as applicableManage incoming customer emails across program-specific inboxesConduct research and complete broker close-out tasks, including proactive follow-up with program members and brokersRequired Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years business experience preferredStrong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platformsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
