Customer Supply Chain CoordinatorThe Customer Supply Chain Coordinator will provide high quality customer service through attention to detail and effective communication with internal and external customers. This role serves as the entry point into our Customer Supply Chain Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, relationships, and following a problem through to resolution.Order ManagementResponsible for all order to invoice tasks for assigned high-volume customer portfolio(s)Validate customer orders are populated in SAP within one business day of receiptResolve discrepancies between customer order pricing and system pricingConsistently monitor, document, and resolve errors preventing automated orders from processing fullyValidate system reference tables to accurately reflect customer informationCommunicate order issues with customer to arrive at optimal resolutionUtilize all available resources to ensure accurate communication to customerEffectively resolve product shortages through communication internally and externallyMaintain consistent documentation record of order information and notes in SAPUpdate system to reflect order and date changesAcknowledge, research, and resolve customer requests in a timely and complete mannerProactively contact customers to clarify or retrieve necessary informationAct as reliable point of contact for assigned customers and key stakeholders as it relates to order managementAs needed, support Month End, Seasonal Drive Period, and Year End Customer Supply Chain Department tasksEscalate ongoing/significant issues impacting order fulfillment, customer service levels, increase in expense/loss of revenue with appropriate urgencyOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesFulfill Storck Company Values; Belonging, Passion, and GrowthOther duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to develop both external and internal relationshipsStrong interpersonal communication skills; clear and concise, both written and verbalOrganized, detail oriented, and able to balance competing prioritiesTeam player who works well in a collaborative environment and shares information freelyBusiness acumen and the ability to quickly learn technical systemsCreative approach to problem solvingElevated curiosity, resiliency and business maturityEducation and ExperienceBachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience1-3 years of customer facing supply chain experience in Customer Service, Customer Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably with a CPG company1-3 years of experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Working ConditionsHybrid Work Model, including Monday and Friday Work from Home, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in normal working conditions for an office environment downtown Chicago, IL.TravelMinimal, 5%.Other Qualification, Safety ProceduresMust be willing to follow and comply with communicated Company, Travel, and Retailer safety procedures, which may include COVID-19 testing or following other safety procedures in order to attend meetings, travel domestically or internationally, comply with Retail Partner safety procedures, and/or follow other workplace health and safety requirements to fulfil job duties.Additional InformationStorck USA is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.What We OfferThe salary range for this position is USD $55,000-$65,000 annually at the time of this posting.
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered, education, skills, work experience, and other factors permitted by law. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
