Veeva Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers’ success with Veeva’s Quality applications. You will act as a liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving value realization.
You will manage relationships with global customers, understand their goals, and guide them on how to maximize use of Veeva Vault and related Quality tools. Travel up to 25% may be required; NA-based candidates preferred.
