What We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience.
✅ Proven ownership of renewals, retention, upsells, and account expansion .
✅ Experience managing high-value enterprise accounts and executive stakeholders .
✅ Passion for hands-on customer engagement and adoption .
✅ LegalTech, enterprise MarTech, or workflow automation experience preferred.
