Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage current and potential clients utilizing various sales methods.
- Gain a clear understanding of clients' overall business strategies and communicate with the design team to develop a solution-based plan based on the client's needs.
- Develop specific strategies to identify and address the client’s needs, while staying ahead of new opportunities to help align the client’s future requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to promote outstanding client service.
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions including price, payment terms, and deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalation requests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management/Customer Success/Client Development role, in a consultative, solution-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
