• Act as a trusted advisor for LegalFiles customers in State, Local, and Education legal ops.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive satisfaction and adoption of our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide onboarding, configuration, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct business reviews and advocate for product enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in customer-facing legal ops or vendor management.
• Familiarity with eBilling, matter management, and APIs.
