Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)

• Manage manufacturing accounts and drive adoption, engagement, and ROI.
• Guide customers from early adoption to renewal.

What you'll do:

• Build relationships and help apply Poka to CI and TPM initiatives.
• Run business reviews, track KPIs, spot risks, and flag expansion opportunities.

What you bring:

• 4+ years in manufacturing environments with Lean, CI, or TPM knowledge.
• Comfort with operational data and curiosity about AI.
• Clear communication in English; French is a bonus.
