• You'll be the trusted voice clients hear from, owning relationships from onboarding through long-term growth.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead onboarding calls, coordinate setup, and flag early risks.
• Run regular reviews, trainings, and Q&A sessions while documenting best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3 years in customer success, account management, or client services with strong English.
• Comfort with Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce and a client‑first mindset.
