About the Role
We're looking for an Field IT Engineer to join us on our mission to build AI superpowers for developers.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues our customers encounter with our product
- Able to communicate technology in a simple manner
- Writing tests and automation are a plus
- Turning feedback into feature requests from our customers
- 2-3 years of IT related experiences, knowledge of Kubernetes is required for this role.
About You
- Passion for AI and new technology
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Codeium, Copilot, ChatGPT
- A self-starter. Hunger to dream up, plan, and execute tasks independently.
- A team player.
- Ability to learn and become an expert quickly
- Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of requests
- Passionate about working with enterprise customers and sales team
