Proactively assisting customers with their auto loan accounts, the full-time remote Customer Solutions Representative will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to resolve payment issues while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key responsibilities Make outbound and handle inbound calls to assist customers with late or missed payments Negotiate payment arrangements and document all interactions accurately Research and resolve account discrepancies while adhering to compliance regulations Required qualifications Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
