Key responsibilities Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to meet performance metrics Contact customers regarding late or missed payments and negotiate payment arrangements Document interactions accurately and maintain professionalism while managing accounts Required qualifications Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field may substitute for experience Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
