Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in managing and resolving customer claims and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Enter and track customer warranty and service claims accurately.
- Support a smooth operational flow in a fast-paced work environment.
- Coordinate effectively with service technicians for dispatching and follow-ups.
- Perform accurate data entry related to customers and their transactions.
- Handle billing tasks associated with manufacturer claims and warranties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable source of personal transportation.
- Personal drive and self-motivation to achieve set targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work the scheduled shifts without frequent absences.
- Ability to lift and potentially move boxes or merchandise as needed.
Preferences
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications to manage records and communications efficiently.
