International Customer Service & Import/Export Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused professional with strong import/export and international shipment experience to manage customer orders from order placement through delivery and invoicing.
You’ll be responsible for:
- End-to-end Order-to-Cash activities
- International shipment and delivery coordination
- Import/export documentation and Incoterms
- Customer communication and issue resolution
- Invoicing and order adjustments
- Coordination with Logistics, Commercial, Transportation, and Finance
Your profile:
- 3+ years in Customer Service, Import/Export, Logistics, or Order Management
- Hands-on import/export experience is a must
- Fluent English and Spanish
- ERP experience; SAP/OTM preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
