What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with clients by phone and virtual meetings
Provide professional and helpful customer support
Ask questions to better understand individual client needs
Explain available benefit and coverage options
Recommend suitable solutions based on client circumstances
Assist with applications and enrollment documentation
Follow up with clients throughout the process
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
