Customer Service/Sales Associate - Remote Work

We’re expanding our remote sales team and looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and achieving performance-driven goals.

In this role, you’ll connect with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments, identify their needs, present available benefit solutions, and guide them through the decision and enrollment process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, and interested in developing a career in sales. Previous industry experience is not required, as comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Your Role

As a Remote Sales Representative, your focus will be creating a positive client experience while identifying opportunities to match clients with appropriate solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

Conducting scheduled sales appointments by phone and video
Building rapport with prospective clients
Asking questions to identify individual needs and priorities
Presenting available benefit and coverage solutions
Clearly communicating features, options, and value
Addressing client questions and concerns throughout the sales process
Guiding qualified clients through applications and enrollment
Following up with prospective clients and previous appointments
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Completing benefit reviews and identifying additional client needs
Maintaining accurate client records and appointment information
Participating in virtual sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Working toward individual sales targets and performance objectives
