Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service for Miele, a premium leader in the consumer electronics industry.
• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with technical inquiries regarding home appliances and electronic devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through telephone, email, and live chat channels.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, accurate, and brand-aligned communication.
• Document customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the quality and innovation associated with the Miele consumer electronics range.
• Collaborate with international team members to share product knowledge and improve service efficiency.
• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong interest in the consumer electronics industry and home appliance technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to navigate technical systems with ease.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
