Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies on every interaction.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented focus.
• Minimum of a high school degree; Higher education will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English; Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
