Customer Service Representative - TLC Auto Insurance

Job Summary:
K S Billing and Associates is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will handle key insurance office administration tasks focusing on TLC (Taxi & Limousine Commission) auto insurance policies, including renewals, claim processing, policy endorsements, and client support, while leveraging your sales and communication skills to assist clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Process policy renewals, policy updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

Assist clients with filing, tracking, and managing TLC auto insurance claims.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding policy coverage, billing, and documentation.

Provide necessary TLC compliance paperwork, certificate issuance, and insurance verification for drivers and fleet owners.

Assist with client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and closing insurance policy options.

Maintain complete and accurate client records in the agency management system.

Liaise with insurance carriers, underwriters, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual or Multilingual abilities in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, or Spanish are strongly preferred.

Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or sales negotiation is a major plus.

Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or insurance operations (TLC / Commercial Auto experience preferred).

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and additional target languages.

Proficiency with computer applications (data entry, MS Office, agency software).

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and negotiate in a fast-paced environment.
