HOURS Part-time or full-time available
RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Pivot and sell to insurance products.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must currently possess a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life, Accident & Health license within 60 days of hire

Compensation $47,125.00 - $66,550.00 per year
