- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
- Client/Customer Service experience required.
- Brokerage licensing is preferred; it is not required for this role.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $20.00 to $25.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
