Trenkle Agency is seeking Customer Service Life Insurance Agents to help individuals and families protect what matters to them. Whether you’re already licensed or exploring a career in insurance, we provide training and mentorship to help you develop your knowledge and sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested insurance information.
- Conduct virtual appointments to assess coverage needs.
- Present suitable life insurance options from available carriers.
- Explain benefits, premiums, and policy limitations.
- Assist with applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain client records and follow applicable insurance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one before selling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Integrity and attention to detail.
- Consistency, self-motivation, and openness to coaching.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- U.S.-based applicants.

Compensation & Expenses
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation. There is no base salary or hourly pay, and earnings are not guaranteed. Agents are responsible for licensing expenses and any leads they choose to purchase.
