Position Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and provide timely, professional support

Build positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication
Conduct phone and virtual appointments with clients
Assist clients throughout the enrollment and service process
Follow up with clients to ensure their questions and needs are addressed
Maintain accurate client information and documentation
Participate in regular training, team meetings, and coaching
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance Licence
