Responsibilities
Communicate with clients by phone and through virtual appointments
Answer questions and provide clear information about available benefits
Help clients understand their options and identify their needs
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
Complete client documentation accurately and efficiently
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good organization and time-management skills
Comfortable working remotely and communicating virtually
No previous customer service or sales experience required
Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance Licence
