Providing exceptional support to members and customers, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative II (CO) will manage complex inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and build collaborative relationships while adhering to compliance guidelines. Key responsibilities Handle member inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, billing, and claims with a focus on service recovery Document interactions and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns effectively Support compliance with organizational policies while promoting extraordinary customer relations Required qualifications Minimum of 2.5 years of customer service experience, including 6 months as a Customer Service Representative I within a Member Service Contact Center High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required Must pass department-administered Tier II Assessment with a minimum score of 70% Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of systems used within the Member Service Contact Center
