To support a high-velocity customer service environment, the remote Licensed Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries using web-based tools, and undergo paid training to prepare for the State Insurance Exam. Key responsibilities Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism Provide excellent customer service through active listening and issue resolution Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Required qualifications Must be located in FL, IN, or TX High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must meet state and federal requirements to obtain an Insurance license Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
