Alera Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Small Business Commercial Insurance team. Youll work alongside experienced Account Managers to support clients, build trusted relationships, and deliver the responsive service that keeps businesses protected.
No insurance experience? No problem! Through our comprehensive training program, youll gain the knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience to build a rewarding career in commercial insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What Youll Do

Support Account Managers in servicing small business commercial insurance clients.

Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.

Assist with policy documentation, account updates, and day-to-day service requests.

Maintain accurate client information across multiple systems and insurance carrier websites.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.

Learn commercial insurance products, processes, and technology through hands-on training.

QUALIFICATIONS
Does This Sound Like You?

You have

2–5 years of customer service experience

and enjoy helping others.

Youre a strong communicator who builds positive relationships.

Youre organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Youre proficient in

Microsoft Office

and confident navigating multiple computer systems.

Youre motivated to learn, take initiative, and develop a career in the insurance industry.

A bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.

No prior insurance experience is necessary — well provide the training!
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

$50,000 to $60,000 yearly
