This position pays $21-24 per hour + performance based bonus spiffs depending on experience with performance opportunity. (Full time or Seasonal Opportunity available)
We are looking for the following schedules:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday- 9:30am - 6:00pm Saturday & Sunday (remote) 8:00am - 4:00pm

What you will do:
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
- Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
- Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
- Data entry of sensitive information
- General inbound customer service
- Accurately document all interactions and apply call dispositions
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
- Service Titan experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
