Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries, billing issues, product support, and troubleshooting.
- Follow company guidelines and scripts to handle various customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using provided systems.
- Adhere to quality and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work independently while following training and ongoing support guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
- Reliable computer (Windows or Mac) and high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
