Hours: 8am - 5pm CST M-F

Responsibilities

 Communicate with customers via phone and email

 Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

 Process customer quotes, orders and returns

 Troubleshoot and resolve product, website, shipping questions and concerns

 Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on

sales, and offering promotional sales items to benefit our customers.

 Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

 Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

 At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant Call Center experience

 Commercial kitchen parts experience a +

 Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

 Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

 Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly-changing environment

 Experience with customer quotes, orders, and returns
