Role Description This full-time remote Customer Service Representative role at Infinity Call Center focuses on providing timely, accurate, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in call center, support, or service environments is preferred but not required.
