We are expanding our support team and seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately.

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the frontline connection between TankTech Solutions and our clients. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of service that reflects our company’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, support tickets, and feedback collection
• Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests with clarity and empathy
• Document conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of client issues
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and procedures
• Be available to work overtime and some weekends, as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or support role preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to start immediately
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude toward customers
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer support platforms
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment if working remotely
